Global Lifecycle Solutions EMEA Limited (Global EMEA) provides dedicated services to corporate clients in the procurement, configuration, support, maintenance and end-of-life asset management services. Our range of services has been formed in response to the increased importance of data protection legislation, secure logistics, legal compliance and ethical disposal of retired IT equipment internationally.

We are currently recruiting for 1 FT IT Software Executive to join our Sales/Account Management team. You must have proven experience in IT Software Sales, B2B Account Management or Customer Service with a desire to drive new sales and to achieve set targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, commercially aware individual and will be passionate about providing unrivalled customer service, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:-

  • Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database. 
  • Assist in developing ideas and creating offers for direct mail and marketing campaigns to major corporate and public sector companies.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and face to face visits. 
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order-processing staff. 
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. 
  • Carry out market research and competitor and customer surveys. 
  • Liaise and attend meetings with internal company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development. 
  • Assist in managing internal or external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research. 
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Manage relationships with clients ensuring all needs are serviced and at the same time achieving levels of activity that ensure department targets are hit.


Ideal candidates will have:-

  • Proven experience within IT software sales and can demonstrate a practical approach to winning sales
  • Provide evidence of consistent achievement against and above target
  • Evidence of expanding their existing customer base and gaining new business
  • Ability to demonstrate the desire; drive and potential to not only deliver in this role but to accelerate their career within Global
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Experience within the IT Recycling/Data Security industry, however, this is not essential.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. You will be guided through a comprehensive training package using both internal and external training facilities, and your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary with an additional uncapped commission scheme following probation.
